The Soga Research Group has published a new paper in the journal ‘Transportation Research Record’, authored by Pengshun Li, Bingyu Zhao, Kenichi Soga, and Louise Comfort.
The paper explores the effectiveness and applicability of various evacuation strategies, such as carpool, phased evacuation, prohibition of on-street parking on Red Flag days across different types of community in the event of a wildfire.
