Ph.D. Student (Tsinghua University), visiting student
Mengyan Jiang is a Ph.D. student at Tsinghua-Berkeley Shenzhen Institute, Tsinghua University. She graduated from Tianjin University with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering in 2015 and received her M.E. in Logistics from Tsinghua University in 2017. She has been working on the optimization scheduling of the electric vehicles in the public transit systems. In 2019, she came to the University of California, Berkeley as a visiting student. Working with Prof. Kenichi Soga, she focuses on developing a traffic evacuation optimization model based on the Cell Transmission Model.
